Managing the data center and network infrastructure

of a renowned District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB) in West Bengal, in its 50 different branches, by deputing suitable resources.

Implemented video conferencing system

in twenty-one different branches of District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) in West Bengal in collaboration with Webel Technology Ltd. End-to-end management and maintenance is also in scope of the assignment.

Successfully implemented the JAAGO project,

which is a scheme under the Department of SHG&SE for supporting all the graded self- help groups of the State or SHGs accessing bank credit through a modest annual revolving fund support. ESPL as a trusted partner, is involved from the inception phase of this stellar and visionary project of the government of West Bengal, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the FMS, and overseeing both the front-end UI and back-end database management. Also, as per the requirement of the project, ESPL proactively proposed and established, and maintained the missed call management service of the JAAGO project via Microservice API for response collection.

Successfully completed the AMC of the network

for ERP connectivity at Steel Authority of India Limited, Durgapur unit by providing only one L2 and L1 support executive respectively.

Implemented a Virtual Court

at the West Bengal State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission under the Consumer Affairs Dept, Govt of West Bengal.

Successfully implemented audio-video conference

systems at the Conference Room of West Bengal Essential Commodity Supply Corporation, partnering with WTL.

Successfully installed and provided an end-to-end solution

of a Video Conferencing system at Chinsura POCSO Court under the Judicial Department of Government of West Bengal.
