Assigning competent personnel to oversee the data center and network infrastructure across 50 branches of a prestigious District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB) in West Bengal.
Twenty-one branches of the District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) in West Bengal saw the deployment of a video conferencing system in collaboration with Webel Technology Ltd. The assignment also encompasses comprehensive end-to-end management and maintenance.
We have effectively implemented and delivered an end-to-end Video Conferencing system solution at the Chinsura POCSO Court, which operates under the Judicial Department of the Government of West Bengal.


The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for network support, ensuring ERP connectivity at Steel Authority of India Limited's Durgapur unit, was completed. This accomplishment was made possible with the dedicated support of one L2 and one L1 support executive, respectively.
A Virtual Court is now active at the West Bengal State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission under the Consumer Affairs Department of the Government of West Bengal.
We have effectively installed audio-video conference systems in the Conference Room of the West Bengal Essential Commodity Supply Corporation in partnership with WTL.

ESPL successfully executed the JAAGO project, a scheme under the Department of Self-Help Groups & Self-Employment (SHG & SE) that supports graded self-help groups across the state. These self-help groups access bank credit through modest annual revolving fund support.
As a trusted partner, our involvement has extended from the project's inception phase, as initiated by the Government of West Bengal. Our responsibilities involve ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Financial Management System (FMS) while overseeing the front-end UI and back-end database management.
Furthermore, by project requirements, ESPL proactively conceived, established, and currently maintains the missed call management service of the JAAGO project through a Microservice API for response collection.
